Crispy Air Fried Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1 bag of frozen cheese ravioli
03 - 2 cups of panko bread crumbs

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
06 - 1 tablespoon of oil spray or cooking oil
07 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ For Serving

08 - Marinara dipping sauce (if you’d like)
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley or basil
10 - ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the eggs softly with a fork in one bowl. In another bowl, stir together the panko crumbs, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Take a frozen ravioli, dunk it into the egg mixture, then cover it completely with the seasoned crumbs. Repeat with the rest and set them all aside.
03 - Spritz the air fryer basket with oil before laying your coated ravioli inside in an even layer. Spray a little more oil on top. Cook at 350°F for 14 minutes. Halfway through, take out the basket, flip the ravioli, spritz with more oil, and cook another 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden.
04 - If you’re baking, line a parchment-covered tray with oil spray. Lay out the breaded ravioli in one layer, spritz the tops with oil, and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip them over, spray lightly again, and bake another 5-6 minutes until they’re toasted evenly.
05 - Place the hot ravioli onto a dish, sprinkle them generously with Parmesan and herbs, and serve right away with a side of marinara or your go-to sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; cook in small batches.
02 - Make sure each ravioli sits flat to cook evenly.
03 - They’re tastiest when eaten hot and right out of the fryer or oven.
