Effortless Air Fryer Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies

01 - 3 zucchini, medium-sized

→ Spices

02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
03 - 1 teaspoon salt (use more or less as needed)
04 - 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs

→ Bread Coating

05 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 1/2 cup plain flour
08 - 1 tablespoon oil spray for cooking
09 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Italian or panko style)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by setting up three stations: Spread seasoned flour on a plate, crack and mix eggs in one bowl, and combine Parmesan with breadcrumbs in another.
02 - Slice zucchini into fry shapes about 3 inches long. Coat each piece—flour first, then egg (let the extra drip off), and finally breadcrumb-Parmesan mix. Press gently to help it stick.
03 - Lightly mist oil inside the air fryer basket. Place breaded zucchini in a single layer (don’t crowd it!). Spray the fries lightly with oil, then cook at 400°F for 9 minutes until golden and crunchy.
04 - Carefully take out those crispy fries and enjoy them while still warm. Each bite is full of Parmesan flavor and Italian herbs!

# Notes:

01 - Cook in multiple portions to keep the fries from touching each other.
02 - A quick spritz of oil helps them crisp up better.
03 - These are at their best served hot from the air fryer.
