Air Fryer Flank Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 900–900 grams flank steak (preferably 900 grams)
02 - 30–45 millilitres all-purpose seasoning blend

# Instructions:

01 - Generously coat both sides of the flank steak with the all-purpose seasoning blend, ensuring even distribution.
02 - Allow the seasoned steak to rest uncovered at room temperature for 20 minutes to promote even cooking. If short on time, a 10-minute rest is sufficient.
03 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and allow it to preheat fully before inserting the steak.
04 - Place the seasoned flank steak in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes per side for medium doneness, 6 minutes per side for medium rare, or 5 minutes per side for rare. Adjust timing to account for steak thickness; if necessary, trim thicker pieces and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
05 - Transfer the cooked steak to a platter and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Allow the steak to rest for 8–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain and serve with any accumulated juices.
