In a small pot over low heat, toss together the almond flour and shredded mozzarella. Stir nonstop for about 5 minutes until the mix turns into a sticky dough. Let the dough sit for a moment to cool.

Carefully push a wooden skewer or stick into each halved hot dog.

Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it with your fingers, and tightly wrap it around a hot dog, pressing to make sure it sticks firmly.

Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your air fryer. Lay out some of the wrapped hot dogs in the basket, but don’t overcrowd.

Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5–8 minutes or until the outer layer turns golden and crisp.
