Get a small plate or tray ready, and line it with some baking paper.

Take the bananas, peel them, and slice each one in half. Then cut each half down the middle lengthwise so you end up with 4 strips for each banana.

Break the chocolate into pieces, toss them into a small bowl, and add the coconut oil. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts, then give it a good stir.

Spread about 1 tsp of peanut butter over the top of each banana piece evenly.

Spoon the melted chocolate over the tops of the banana slices.

Sprinkle roughly ½ tsp of shredded coconut across each piece.

Put the banana slices onto the paper-lined tray and place it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.

Once the slices are fully frozen, transfer them into food storage containers and put them back in the freezer.

Leave your frozen banana treats out for a couple of minutes to soften slightly before enjoying.
