# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g chicken breast, cut into small bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Flatbreads and Toppings

08 - 2 flatbreads
09 - 80 ml BBQ sauce, plus extra for drizzling
10 - 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
12 - 0.125 small red onion, thinly sliced
13 - 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow to preheat fully before baking.
02 - Combine diced chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, ensuring even coating.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked.
04 - Arrange the flatbreads on a baking tray. Brush each one evenly with BBQ sauce.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly onto the flatbreads. Top with sliced red onion, bell pepper, and cooked chicken.
06 - Place the assembled flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling and the base is golden brown.
07 - Garnish with chopped cilantro and an optional drizzle of additional BBQ sauce. Slice and serve warm.
