Beef Potato Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds (about 7 cups)
02 - 2 pounds of ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - 1 cup of onions, sliced thin
06 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt
08 - 3/4 cup of beef broth
09 - 3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
10 - 1 can of condensed cheese soup, cheddar-flavored

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once done, drain off the excess grease.
02 - Mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Place half of the potato slices in the slow cooker. Pour the cheddar cheese soup over them and stir to coat evenly.
04 - On top of the potatoes, add half the onion slices, seasoning mix, cooked beef, and shredded cheese.
05 - Repeat by adding the rest of the potatoes, onions, seasoning, ground beef, and cheese in that order.
06 - Drizzle the beef broth evenly over everything in the cooker.
07 - Put the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook for 4 hours on high until the potato slices are soft.
08 - Serve it warm and dig in!
