Toss your ground beef, diced bell pepper, and diced onion into a big skillet on medium-high heat. Crumble the meat with a spoon while cooking it with the veggies until browned.

After browning the meat fully, drain off any fat and put everything back in the skillet on medium heat. Mix in salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and add cream cheese, mixing until it's completely melted.

Transfer your meat mix to the greased 8x8 baking dish. Lay all 6 provolone slices across the top. Pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese gets bubbly and melted.
