Turn your oven on to 400 degrees F (200°C).

Put both rectangular pastry pieces on a silicone mat or greased baking tray.

Smear cream cheese across the pastry, leaving a small 1/2 inch edge all the way around.

Drop the sweet browned onions on top of the cream cheese layer.

Scatter bacon bits over the onions and sprinkle half the Blue Cheese Simple Seasons on top.

Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until it's nice and golden.

Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then add the rest of the blue cheese and some parsley if you'd like. Cut into slices or wedges to serve.
