Blue Cheese Bacon Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 puff pastry sheet (sliced lengthwise creating two rectangular pieces)
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
03 - 1/3 cup sweet browned onions
04 - 1/3 cup crunchy bacon, diced into tiny 1/2 inch chunks
05 - 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Simple Seasons
06 - fresh parsley for topping (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400 degrees F (200°C).
02 - Put both rectangular pastry pieces on a silicone mat or greased baking tray.
03 - Smear cream cheese across the pastry, leaving a small 1/2 inch edge all the way around.
04 - Drop the sweet browned onions on top of the cream cheese layer.
05 - Scatter bacon bits over the onions and sprinkle half the Blue Cheese Simple Seasons on top.
06 - Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until it's nice and golden.
07 - Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then add the rest of the blue cheese and some parsley if you'd like. Cut into slices or wedges to serve.

01 - You can make this tart ahead and stick it in the freezer, then just bake it right before your party starts.
