01 -
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up. This helps make sure your pie bombs bake evenly.
02 -
Crack open the biscuit can to separate the biscuits. Flatten each one carefully with a rolling pin or just your hands. Stretch them into thin circles, but don't overdo it or they might tear.
03 -
Drop about a teaspoon of blueberry jam onto the middle of each flattened biscuit. Add a couple of blueberries (2-3) on top of the jam for an extra fruity kick in every bite.
04 -
Fold up the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching it closed at the top. Make sure it’s fully sealed to stop the filling from spilling when they’re baking. Roll it in your hands a bit to make a round shape.
05 -
Brush each pie bomb all over with melted butter to add flavor and give them a golden look. Space them out on a sheet pan so they’ve got room to puff up, then bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn golden and fluffy.
06 -
When done baking, let the pie bombs rest for a few minutes because the filling will be hot! Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top, if you like, and serve them while warm. Each bite is full of sweet blueberry yumminess!
