# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped, no shells
02 - 24 large Medjool dates
03 - 2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling)
04 - 1 pack (5.2 oz) Boursin garlic & herb cheese
05 - Optional: fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice each date open lengthwise and take out the pits.
02 - Spoon about 1 teaspoon of Boursin cheese into each date, then gently close them a bit. Arrange on a tray.
03 - Scatter the chopped pistachios over the stuffed dates. Press gently so they stick.
04 - Bake for around 6 to 8 minutes until the dates are heated through and the cheese is soft.
05 - Drizzle honey on top and, if you'd like, sprinkle fresh thyme. Best served warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this up to 4 hours ahead and heat quickly when you're ready to serve.
02 - Leftovers last up to 3 days when stored in the fridge inside a sealed container.
03 - Let the Boursin cheese warm to room temperature before stuffing for easy handling.
