Bubbly Pizza Base (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g (4 cups) all-purpose bread flour
02 - 325g (1 ⅓ cups) lukewarm water
03 - 10g (2 tsp) regular sea salt, finely ground
04 - 1g (¼ tsp) quick-acting yeast
05 - 5g (1 tsp) extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Dump flour, salt, and yeast in a big bowl. Pour in water and stir with your hands or a wooden spoon until everything's wet. Let it sit for half an hour to rest (this helps gluten develop).
02 - Add a splash of olive oil and work the dough about 5 minutes till it feels smooth. Cover the bowl and leave it alone at room temp for 12-24 hours so flavors build up slowly.
03 - Sprinkle flour on your counter, put the dough on it, and cut into 2-4 even chunks. Roll each piece into a ball shape and give them an hour to relax.
04 - Get your oven super hot at 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone warming inside. Pull each dough ball into a flat circle, put your toppings on, and slide it onto the hot stone. Cook for 7-10 minutes till it's bubbly with golden edges.
