Effortless Buffalo Chicken Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces of naan bread (pick plain, whole wheat, or garlic flavor)
02 - 1 teaspoon of olive oil

→ Toppings

03 - 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce, plus more on the side
04 - 1 1/2 cups of monterey jack cheese, shredded
05 - 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
06 - 2 tablespoons of blue cheese crumbles
07 - 2 tablespoons (or as much as you want) of blue cheese dressing
08 - 2 green onions, sliced thin
09 - Fresh black pepper, to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Use olive oil to lightly coat each naan, then put them flat on a baking tray.
02 - Spoon buffalo sauce across each naan, keeping a small edge clear. Add shredded monterey jack, chicken, and crumbled blue cheese on top.
03 - Let it bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the edges look toasted.
04 - Add a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing, then toss on green onions and black pepper before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Both store-bought and homemade buffalo sauces work fine
02 - Pepper jack cheese can add some spice
03 - Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken is a handy shortcut
04 - Adjust how much blue cheese you use to your preference
