Garlic Butter Sausage Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Making the Sausage Chunks

01 - 450g turkey sausage, sliced into small chunks
02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 4 tablespoons of butter, unsalted
04 - A dash of salt and black pepper to your liking
05 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves

→ For the Creamy Pasta Dish

06 - 225g of your favorite pasta shape
07 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped, for the top
09 - 1 cup of heavy cream
10 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Get the pasta cooked to al dente by following the directions on the package. Drain it and keep it aside for later.
02 - Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pan. Toss in the turkey sausage chunks and cook them on medium heat until they're nicely browned all over, which takes about 5-7 minutes. Set them aside once done.
03 - In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and dried thyme for 1-2 minutes until they smell amazing.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese, season it with salt and pepper, and keep stirring till the sauce becomes thick—roughly 3-5 minutes.
05 - Add the cooked pasta straight into that creamy sauce, mixing it all up so everything’s coated well.
06 - Gently add the browned sausage pieces back into the pan and combine them with the pasta and sauce.
07 - Sprinkle the chopped parsley over everything and serve it fresh and hot!

# Notes:

01 - Save a little pasta water in case you need to adjust the sauce consistency later.
