Cheese Dip Favorite (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
02 - 1/3 cup of crushed butter crackers
03 - 2 green onions, chopped thin
04 - 1/2 cup of creamy mayonnaise
05 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup of Captain Rodney's Boucan Pepper Glaze
07 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a large bowl and beat together the cream cheese and mayo with a mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
03 - Mix in the cheddar cheese. Stir in the Boucan Glaze, the green onions, and half the bacon bits.
04 - Place the mixture into a pie dish or casserole. Scatter the crushed crackers on top evenly.
05 - Bake for around 15 minutes, or until the top looks bubbly and golden.
06 - Sprinkle on the rest of the bacon bits and drizzle a bit more Boucan Glaze over the top before digging in.
