Cheesecake Caramel Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
08 - 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
09 - 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar

→ Cheesecake Filling

10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
12 - 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

→ Topping

13 - Flaky sea salt
14 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven warming up to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Whip together butter and both sugars until creamy. Toss in the egg and vanilla, then stir in dry stuff.
03 - Wrap cheesecake filling in cookie dough, then set on your sheet.
04 - Bake 10-12 minutes until edges brown nicely. Let cool. Drizzle caramel and sprinkle salt on top.

# Notes:

01 - The centers will set as they cool off.
