Cheese Topped Tomatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 big Roma tomatoes, cut into slices
02 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, fresh only
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh not packaged
04 - ½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped up
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling over top

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Lay out the tomato slices across your lined baking sheet.
03 - Sprinkle Parmesan first then add mozzarella on each tomato slice.
04 - Toss chopped basil over the cheese-covered tomatoes.
05 - Lightly drizzle olive oil over all the prepared tomatoes.
06 - Let them bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts.
07 - Switch oven to broil and cook another 2-3 minutes to get golden cheese.

01 - You can keep these cheesy tomatoes in the fridge for up to 5 days if stored in a sealed container.
