Garlic Philly Cheesesteak Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced super thin
02 - 1 loaf of French baguette

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 cup mixed-color bell pepper strips

→ Topping

06 - 1 cup mozzarella or provolone, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Cook peppers and onions in a pan for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until they're tender.
02 - Toss garlic and sliced steak into the veggie pan, stir-fry 4-5 minutes until browned.
03 - Split the baguette open, then pack it up with the steak-veggie mix and cheese.
04 - Pop it into a 375°F oven for 10-12 minutes and take it out when the cheese is gooey.
