Cheesy Shrimp Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Flavorful Seafood Mix

01 - 1 pound of medium shrimp (cleaned and shells removed)
02 - 4 minced garlic cloves
03 - 3 tablespoons of plain butter

→ Rich Cream Layer

04 - 1 cup of thick cream
05 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
06 - ½ cup of Parmesan, finely grated

→ Crispy Finish

07 - ½ cup of panko crumbs
08 - Season with salt and pepper
09 - Chopped parsley for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven at 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat.
02 - Warm up butter, toss in garlic until its smell pops (about a minute). Stir seasoned shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns pink.
03 - In a bowl, combine mozzarella, half the Parmesan, cream, and shrimp that you cooked.
04 - Scoop the mix into a 9x9 pan that's already greased. Spread panko breadcrumbs and the leftover Parmesan on top.
05 - Let it cook for 20-25 minutes. By then, it’ll get bubbly and have a toasty brown top. Give it a moment to cool before sprinkling parsley.
