Combine chopped garlic, basil and butter in a small bowl. Coat one side of each bread slice with this mix. Dust ½ tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto each buttered bread side, gently pushing it into the butter.

Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook until just tender. Drain well.

Mix the drained angel hair pasta with ½ cup of Bolognese sauce until completely coated.

Put one slice of bread down with butter side facing the table. Layer 3 slices of fresh mozzarella across it. Add the saucy pasta on top, then place the other 3 mozzarella slices above. Cap with the second bread slice, butter side up.

Warm a skillet over medium-low heat. Put the sandwich in without any oil and cover it. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes until the bottom turns golden. Flip it carefully, cover again, and toast until the other side browns and cheese melts. Serve hot.
