Get your oven hot at 400°F. Put some parchment on a cookie sheet.

Grab a bowl and stir together the soft cream cheese, spinach bits, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper until everything's mixed well.

Take your defrosted pastry and slice it into even squares. Drop a big dollop of your cheese mix right in the middle of each square.

Take each square and fold it diagonally to make triangles. Push down the edges with a fork to keep the filling inside.

Brush some beaten egg on top of your triangles and stick them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.

Pull them out when done and enjoy them hot as a fancy little snack or starter.
