Cheesy Beef Baked Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cheddar, shredded
02 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
03 - 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
04 - 1 pack taco seasoning
05 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Assembly

06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - Twelve 6-inch tortillas

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Chopped green onions
09 - Sour cream
10 - Extra salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Cook beef in a skillet, get rid of grease. Stir in water and taco mix, let it bubble for a couple minutes.
02 - Stir salsa into the cooked beef. Combine that mixture with softened cream cheese and cheddar, mixing well.
03 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into each tortilla, fold them in half, then brush the tops with melted butter.
04 - Place tortillas on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.
