Effortless Strawberry Protein Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup almond flour
02 - ½ cup rolled oats
03 - ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
05 - 1–2 tbsp milk of choice, as needed
06 - ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
07 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the almond flour, oats, and protein powder in a big bowl.
02 - Work in the softened cream cheese, crushed strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until it all comes together smoothly.
03 - If it feels crumbly, slowly add milk, starting with a tablespoon, until the dough holds together.
04 - Roll small handfuls of dough into balls, about an inch in size, and set them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
05 - Let the balls sit in the refrigerator for around half an hour to firm up.
06 - Dig into them right away or keep them in a sealed container in the fridge. They're good for about a week.

# Notes:

01 - These protein snacks are awesome after a workout or as a treat when you're in the mood for something sweet.
02 - Try swapping the freeze-dried strawberries for blueberries or raspberries for some variety.
