Stir together the almond flour, oats, and protein powder in a big bowl.

Work in the softened cream cheese, crushed strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until it all comes together smoothly.

If it feels crumbly, slowly add milk, starting with a tablespoon, until the dough holds together.

Roll small handfuls of dough into balls, about an inch in size, and set them on a plate lined with parchment paper.

Let the balls sit in the refrigerator for around half an hour to firm up.
