Chopped Chicken Bacon Subs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Proteins

01 - 6 crispy bacon strips, thick-cut
02 - 4 grilled chicken thighs, skinless and boneless

→ Vegetables

03 - 2 cups of shredded lettuce
04 - 6 tomato slices

→ Seasonings and Toppings

05 - 1 tablespoon BBQ rub (all-purpose)
06 - 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
07 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Base

10 - 4 sandwich rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Grill chicken to 165°F, seasoning it beforehand. Fry bacon till it's nice and crunchy.
02 - Toast the sandwich rolls. On a board, line up the lettuce, tomato slices, chicken, and bacon.
03 - Dice up everything and toss together. Stir in the ranch, cheese, and seasonings. Mix it all up once more.
04 - Pack the toasted rolls with the filling you just made.
