Grab some ripe strawberries, toss them into a mixing bowl, and sprinkle sugar on top. Smash them up with a fork until everything’s mixed together.

Drop 2 tablespoons of the mashed strawberries into 6 separate mounds on a freezer-friendly plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop it in the freezer for a few hours (about 3–4) until it’s completely firm.

Follow the package steps to melt your chocolate coating until it’s smooth and ready for dipping.

Take each frozen strawberry mound and swipe it through the melted chocolate. Set it right back onto the parchment paper and stick it in the freezer to let the chocolate set and harden up.
