Cinnamon Toast Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ To Assemble Roll-Ups

01 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
02 - 10 slices white sandwich loaf
03 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
04 - 3 tablespoons light brown sugar

→ Coating Mixture

05 - 1 tablespoon whole milk
06 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
07 - ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
08 - 3 large eggs

→ To Fry

09 - Butter for cooking, 2-3 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off crusts and flatten slices using a rolling pin.
02 - Blend brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon, then spread thinly over bread. Leave edges clean.
03 - Roll up bread slices tightly. Dunk each one into the mix of eggs, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon.
04 - Cook in heated butter on medium heat, turning until evenly golden for about 2-3 minutes.

01 - Stick with fresh and soft bread for the best taste.
02 - Store in the freezer for up to four weeks.
03 - Don’t let the bread soak too long in the egg mixture.
