Cool Cucumber Dish

# Ingredients:

3/4 cup vinegar, white distilled

18 ounces sour cream, low-fat

1 small onion, finely chopped (yellow or red)

3 pounds peeled cucumbers

2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon granulated sugar
# Instructions:

Stir together the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and fresh dill in a separate bowl. Add some salt and pepper if you'd like.

Chop the onions finely and slice the peeled cucumbers using a knife or mandoline.

Pour the creamy mix over the cucumbers and onions. Toss until everything's coated evenly.

Transfer the salad into a sealed container or cover the bowl. Chill it in the fridge for at least 60 minutes before serving.
