Cool Cucumber Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup vinegar, white distilled
02 - 18 ounces sour cream, low-fat
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped (yellow or red)
04 - 3 pounds peeled cucumbers
05 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and fresh dill in a separate bowl. Add some salt and pepper if you'd like.
02 - Chop the onions finely and slice the peeled cucumbers using a knife or mandoline.
03 - Pour the creamy mix over the cucumbers and onions. Toss until everything's coated evenly.
04 - Transfer the salad into a sealed container or cover the bowl. Chill it in the fridge for at least 60 minutes before serving.
