Crispy Blueberry Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup of sugar, granulated
04 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, brought to room temp

→ Assembly

05 - 10 or 8 wrappers for egg rolls
06 - 1 large egg, whisked
07 - Oil for frying, vegetable preferred

→ Serving

08 - Optional: whipped cream, maple syrup, or honey
09 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy, then stir in the blueberries gently.
02 - Spoon the filling in the middle of a wrapper, fold the bottom corner upward, tuck in the sides, roll tightly, and seal with the beaten egg.
03 - Heat oil to 350°F and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Or bake at 400°F, or air fry at 375°F instead.
04 - While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy with any toppings you like.
