01 -
Season and cook your chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or pan-frying until done. Shred them with a couple of forks. Fry up the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then break it into chunks.
02 -
Grab a big mixing bowl and toss in the shredded chicken, bacon pieces, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, Parmesan, and your spices. Stir everything until it’s nice and mixed.
03 -
Get your oven heated to 375°F (190°C). Take out your pizza dough and roll it flat into a rectangular shape—roughly 12 by 8 inches—on a floured counter.
04 -
Spread the chicken mix evenly down the center of the dough, keeping the edges clear. Fold the longer sides towards the middle, then tuck in the ends to make a sealed roll.
05 -
With the seam side facing the baking tray, place your dough roll onto parchment paper. Use a brush to coat it with olive oil so it bakes up crispy. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until it turns golden and the cheese inside is gooey.

Let the dish rest for a bit before cutting it. Slice it into portions and enjoy! Pair with a salad or eat it on its own.
