Set your oven to 350°F. Use a lined baking tray and shape thin circles from the cottage cheese. Let them bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn crunchy. Don't forget to strain the cottage cheese first.

Place the strained cottage cheese in a thin layer on parchment. Heat it in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until you see it crisp up.
