# Instructions:

02 - Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to drain extra moisture from the cottage cheese.
03 - Scoop small piles of cheese onto your baking sheet. Press each one flat, leaving space so they don't touch.
04 - Cook for about 20-25 minutes until they're crispy and golden. Leave them on the sheet to cool and crisp up some more.
05 - Spread out the drained cheese over some oiled parchment. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until crunchy. Let it cool, then break into smaller pieces.
