Heat the oven up to 400°F (200°C). Cover a large pan with foil or parchment. Lay your salmon fillet across the pan.

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl. Pour in the melted butter, sprinkle with about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and toss everything around to coat evenly.

Spread the buttery breadcrumb mix over the salmon's surface. Place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the fish is fully cooked and the top turns golden brown.

If you want the top crispier, broil for about a minute, then pull it out of the oven. Enjoy warm.
