Parmesan Baked Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
03 - 1.5-2 pound wild salmon fillet, whole
04 - 2 cloves minced garlic
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives and thyme
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - Pepper and salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven up to 400°F (200°C). Cover a large pan with foil or parchment. Lay your salmon fillet across the pan.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl. Pour in the melted butter, sprinkle with about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and toss everything around to coat evenly.
03 - Spread the buttery breadcrumb mix over the salmon's surface. Place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the fish is fully cooked and the top turns golden brown.
04 - If you want the top crispier, broil for about a minute, then pull it out of the oven. Enjoy warm.

01 - Use crushed rice Chex cereal instead of breadcrumbs to keep this meal gluten-free.
