Greek Turkey Meatballs Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 450g (1 lb) ground turkey, lean preferred
02 - 1 big egg
03 - 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves
06 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped up
07 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
09 - A pinch of black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - Cooking olive oil

→ Tzatziki Sauce

12 - 1 grated cucumber, squeezed dry
13 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
14 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
15 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
16 - 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
17 - A bit of salt and pepper to your liking
18 - 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the seasonings, breadcrumbs, and turkey into a bowl. Shape the mix into little 1-1.5 inch spheres.
02 - Decide your style: Bake them at 400°F for 15-20 mins, fry each side for 4-5 mins, or air fry at 380°F for 10-12 mins.
03 - Blend yogurt with the cucumber, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to chill.
