Feta Chilli Fillo Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 320g block of feta
02 - 375g Antoniou Fillo sheets
03 - 2 tablespoons crushed chili flakes
04 - 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
05 - 250g of melted butter

06 - Black sesame seeds
07 - Honey, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Leave the unopened pack of Fillo Pastry on the counter until it’s room temperature.
02 - Switch the oven to 180°C (fan), so it’s ready when you’re done prepping.
03 - Coat one 6-hole muffin tray and two 12-hole muffin trays with butter using a pastry brush.
04 - Slice the block of feta into long, narrow pieces, roughly 1 to 1.5 cm thick.
05 - On the counter, lay the Fillo stack. Halve it lengthways for two piles. Brush butter over the top layer of each. Sprinkle chili flakes and sesame seeds over them. Lay feta strips 1.5 cm from the edge, then fold the bottom edge over the cheese and roll it into a firm log.
06 - Cut each rolled log into 15 pieces using a sharp knife. Arrange them in the greased muffin tray slots.
07 - Take a tablespoon of melted butter and pour it over every roll. Make sure they’re all coated evenly.
08 - Place trays in the oven for around 35 minutes or until the rolls get a golden crispy layer. Let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring.
09 - Drizzle honey over each piece generously and finish with a sprinkle of black sesame before serving.
