Chicken Gyro Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ portion of homemade Sam Adams Beer Pizza Dough or store-bought dough
02 - ½ cup Fresh Pizza Sauce

→ Toppings

03 - 1 cup diced cooked chicken
04 - 1 yellow tomato, cored and diced
05 - ¼ red onion, cut into thin rings
06 - ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
07 - ¼ cup chopped pepperoncini or banana peppers
08 - ¼ cup cucumber, cut into thin strips
09 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - oregano, dried for finishing

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven to 425°F (220°C) with a pizza stone inside. Let it warm up for an extra 10-15 minutes after reaching temperature so the stone gets really hot.
02 - Flatten your pizza dough and gently place it on the hot pizza stone.
03 - Start with sauce, then pile on your chicken, tomato, onion, olives, peppers, cucumber, and finish with cheese. Sprinkle some dried oregano on top.
04 - Pop it in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes until you've got a golden crust and the toppings are hot and bubbly.
