Hot Chorizo Pizza Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Ready-made pizza base (enough for a big pizza)
02 - 1 cup tomato pizza topping

→ Cheese

03 - 2 cups grated mozzarella
04 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar

→ Meat

05 - 8 oz broken-up chorizo sausage

→ Vegetables

06 - 1 cup chopped red or yellow peppers
07 - 1/2 cup diced onions
08 - Handful of fresh cilantro leaves to top

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 475°F (245°C). Pop your pizza stone in while it's warming up if you're using one.
02 - Fry up your chorizo bits in a pan on medium-high until they're crisp and brown. Tip out the extra grease.
03 - Stretch out your pizza dough on a floured counter until it's as thin as you want, then move it to a parchment-lined tray or pizza paddle.
04 - Smear the tomato topping all over the dough but leave a little edge around the outside.
05 - Scatter your cooked chorizo bits evenly across the sauce.
06 - Sprinkle both cheeses over the meat, then add your peppers and onions on top.
07 - Put your pizza in the hot oven, either on the stone or the baking tray. Let it cook for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn golden and the cheese gets bubbly.
08 - Take it out and let it sit for a minute. Scatter fresh cilantro all over before cutting.
09 - Cut into slices and eat while it's hot.
