02 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 0.5 tablespoon olive oil

→ For Serving

07 - 4 burger buns
08 - 4 cheddar cheese slices
09 - Sliced tomato
10 - Sliced onion
11 - Pickles
12 - Lettuce leaves
13 - Ketchup
14 - Mustard
15 - Mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, gently combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until just incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
02 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form into patties approximately 1.25 cm thick. Press a shallow indent in the center of each patty using your thumb to promote even cooking.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until deeply browned and fully cooked. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
04 - For cheeseburgers, add a slice of cheddar to each patty during the final minute of cooking, covering the pan briefly to melt the cheese.
05 - Optionally toast the burger buns until golden.
06 - Place each patty on a bun base, add tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce and desired condiments. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Handle the turkey mixture gently to ensure the patties remain tender and juicy after cooking.
