01 -
Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium to high heat. Toss in the cabbage and stir for 2 minutes. Move to a larger bowl and set it aside.
02 -
Use the same pan and add another teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat. Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, for around 3 minutes. Add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
03 -
Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan, then cook the carrots for 3 minutes while stirring. Transfer them to the bowl with the cooked cabbage and onions.
04 -
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan. Fry the green onions for 1-2 minutes, then mix them into the bowl with the other veggies.
05 -
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan, then cook the ground pork over medium-high heat until it’s browned and fully cooked, which should take about 15 minutes. Add the pork to the vegetable bowl.
06 -
Mix the cooked vegetables and pork together in the bowl. Stir in the salt, Dasida, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. Make sure the filling is well-blended and evenly seasoned.
07 -
Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the center of a wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and moisten half of the wrapper’s edge. Fold it into a triangle, gently pressing out any air before sealing the edges tightly with your fingers.
08 -
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F. Add the dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Put them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off any extra oil. Repeat for the rest.
09 -
Serve up the dumplings with dipping sauce, or enjoy them plain if you’d like.
