Bulgogi Burger with Kimchi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Patty Mix

01 - 1 pound ground pork
02 - ¼ cup brown sugar, dark
03 - ¼ cup soy sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon oil from sesame seeds
05 - Half an onion, chopped small
06 - Toasted brioche burger buns

→ Spicy Mayo Mix

07 - 1 tablespoon mayo
08 - ½ tablespoon Korean red pepper paste

→ Garnishes

09 - Kimchi, not fermented long
10 - Cucumber slices

# Instructions:

01 - Get your grill really hot or warm up a pan on medium-high heat.
02 - Stir mayo and Korean red pepper paste in a bowl until they're completely mixed. Put it aside for later.
03 - Throw pork in a big bowl and add sugar, soy, oil, and onions. Mix it all up with your hands just enough to blend everything. Don't squish it too much.
04 - Split the meat mix into four equal chunks and press them into burger shapes.
05 - Put burgers on the grill or in the pan until they're totally done, reaching 160°F inside.
06 - Lay each hot burger on a toasted bun, smear with your spicy mayo, and pile on kimchi and cucumber if you want.

# Notes:

01 - This tasty mashup burger takes sweet and savory Korean bulgogi flavors and sticks them between two buns, American-style.
