Carnivore Ravioli Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 4 slices of mozzarella
02 - 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, grated
03 - 1/4 cup of ricotta

→ Meat

04 - 1/4 cup of browned Italian sausage or beef (cooked)

→ Seasonings

05 - 3/4 teaspoon of Italian herbs (optional for strict meat-eaters)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional for strict meat-eaters)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Split the mozzarella slices in half and put them neatly on the sheet.
03 - Pop them in the oven and let them melt for about 5 to 6 minutes.
04 - Combine ricotta, your cooked sausage, and seasonings (if you're using them) in a bowl.
05 - Pull the melted cheese out of the oven and let it cool down a bit—just a minute or two. Scoop in the ricotta mix and fold each one in half.
06 - Dig into your warm meat-and-cheese ravioli while they're fresh!
