Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet with edges and set it aside for now.

Grab a small bowl and mix together the melted butter, mixed Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, and basil until everything's combined well.

Open the crescent rolls and pull apart the triangles. Coat each triangle with your butter mixture, but save some for later. Put half a cheese stick at the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up tight. Make sure you pinch the edges closed so the cheese stays inside.

Brush the tops with the butter mixture you saved. Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they're golden and the cheese gets all melty.
