Melty Cheese Garlic Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 packages (8 oz each) ready-to-bake crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half across the middle

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 6 Tbsp melted salted butter
04 - 4-5 garlic cloves, grated or chopped super fine
05 - 1 1/2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
06 - 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
07 - 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet with edges and set it aside for now.
02 - Grab a small bowl and mix together the melted butter, mixed Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, and basil until everything's combined well.
03 - Open the crescent rolls and pull apart the triangles. Coat each triangle with your butter mixture, but save some for later. Put half a cheese stick at the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up tight. Make sure you pinch the edges closed so the cheese stays inside.
04 - Brush the tops with the butter mixture you saved. Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they're golden and the cheese gets all melty.

# Notes:

01 - You'll want to eat these right away when they're hot and the cheese is still stretchy.
02 - If you have any left, keep them in a sealed container and warm them up in your oven or microwave before you eat them again.
