Mexican Dorito Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bottom Tiers

01 - 1 pack Nacho Doritos, gently broken up
02 - 2 cups pulled cooked chicken (grab a store-bought roasted one)
03 - 2 cups grated cheese (yellow, white, or taco mix)

→ Smooth Mixture

04 - 1 tin chicken soup concentrate
05 - 1 tin diced tomatoes with green peppers
06 - ½ cup tangy cream
07 - ½ cup dairy milk
08 - ½ packet taco flavor mix

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 2-quart baking dish with butter or oil.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your chicken chunks, soup goop, tomato mix, tangy cream, milk, and taco spices. Stir it all up till everything's well mixed.
03 - Put half your broken chips across the bottom of your greased dish.
04 - Drop half your chicken goop onto those chips.
05 - Toss in your leftover chips, then dump the rest of your chicken mix. Top it all with lots of shredded cheese.
06 - Wrap the top with foil and stick it in the oven for 25 minutes. Take the foil off and cook another 10 minutes till the cheese gets bubbly and the edges turn golden.
07 - Let it cool down for 5 minutes before you cut into it. You can sprinkle extra chips, green onions, or a blob of tangy cream on top if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Don't smash your chips too small if you want them crunchy
02 - Buying a cooked chicken from the store makes this way faster
03 - Pick your heat level by choosing different tomato cans
04 - Cheese you grate yourself will melt smoother than the bagged stuff
