# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 teaspoons baking powder, gives your muffins a nice lift
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, brings out all the tasty flavors
03 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, lightly spooned and leveled for accuracy

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted and slightly cool to the touch
05 - 1/2 cup milk, make sure it’s at room temperature
06 - 1 large egg, straight from the fridge

→ Pizza Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce, grab your favorite kind
08 - Fresh basil leaves, chopped up roughly for topping
09 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices, for that classic kick
10 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly grated for extra flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Crank up your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it’s heating, grease your muffin tin with butter or cooking spray to keep things from sticking.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder until it's all mixed in nicely.
03 - In another bowl, stir together the egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth and well blended.
04 - Pour the dry mix into your wet ingredients a little at a time, gently folding to combine. Stir in half the mozzarella, but don’t overdo it—keep the batter light!
05 - Scoop a bit of batter into each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of marinara and a few pepperoni slices, then top with more batter. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and extra pepperoni on top.
06 - Bake for 20 minutes until they’re golden brown and filling your kitchen with an amazing smell.
07 - Let them cool just a little, then toss some fresh basil on top for the perfect garnish. Serve warm and savor every bite!
