Take a baking sheet and cover it neatly with wax or parchment paper. Put it to the side.

Grab a paper or fabric towel and carefully dry both sides of each pineapple ring to soak up any leftover juice. Set them aside.

Follow the melting directions on the chocolate chip packaging until the mixture turns silky smooth.

Gently immerse a pineapple slice into the melted chocolate one at a time. Cover as much as you'd like, and for a fancier look, drizzle some extra chocolate on top.

Carefully place each chocolate-covered pineapple slice onto the tray you prepared earlier. Leave them to completely harden.
