Chocolate Pineapple Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of dark chocolate chips for melting
02 - 6 fresh pineapple slices

# Instructions:

01 - Take a baking sheet and cover it neatly with wax or parchment paper. Put it to the side.
02 - Grab a paper or fabric towel and carefully dry both sides of each pineapple ring to soak up any leftover juice. Set them aside.
03 - Follow the melting directions on the chocolate chip packaging until the mixture turns silky smooth.
04 - Gently immerse a pineapple slice into the melted chocolate one at a time. Cover as much as you'd like, and for a fancier look, drizzle some extra chocolate on top.
05 - Carefully place each chocolate-covered pineapple slice onto the tray you prepared earlier. Leave them to completely harden.
