# Ingredients:

01 - 250 g fresh pineapple, finely diced
02 - 250 g fresh mango, finely diced
03 - 75 g red bell pepper, finely chopped
04 - 40 g red onion, finely chopped
05 - 15 g fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
07 - 1.5 g table salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, add pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt. Toss gently until thoroughly combined.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

01 - For a milder taste, omit the jalapeño or use less. Ensure all produce is diced evenly for optimal texture.
