# Ingredients:

02 - Brush of olive oil, just a little

03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, freshly grated works best
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated fresh
05 - 1/2 cup of store-bought or homemade pizza sauce

06 - Any pizza toppings you like, such as 1/4 cup pepperoni (diced)
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - A teaspoon of dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to the temperature mentioned on your pizza dough package. It's the key to baking these perfectly.
02 - Roll out your dough on a floured counter or table into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle. This will be the base for everything yummy.
03 - Smear the pizza sauce over the dough. Leave the edges bare, so the roll sticks together later.
04 - Scatter mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and chopped pepperoni on top of the sauce. Add more of your favorite toppings if you're feeling adventurous!
05 - Starting with a long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Make sure the filling stays tucked in!
06 - Grab your sharp knife and cut the log into 1-inch sections for perfectly round poppers.
07 - Lay your cut slices on a baking tray lined with parchment or greased lightly. Leave enough room so they won’t stick together as they bake.
