Cheesy Ranch Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 cups of cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
02 - 8 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
03 - Pick one: 5 cups of cooked broccoli florets OR 1 pound of thawed and drained frozen spinach

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - 1 cup ranch dressing
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
06 - 1-3 teaspoons of ranch seasoning (you can skip this)

→ Cheese Mixture

07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella (split in half)
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar (split in half)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. For spinach, let it thaw and remove all extra liquid. Broccoli? Boil it for just a minute or two so it turns bright green, then drain completely.
02 - Stir together the chicken, bacon, veggies, garlic, ranch dressing, and half the mozzarella and cheddar in a big bowl. Toss in some ranch seasoning if you like. Stir until everything looks well combined.
03 - Spread the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the top.
04 - Pop it into the oven for around 15 minutes until it’s bubbling and hot. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Save time by mixing everything in the baking dish—fewer dishes to clean!
02 - You can pick broccoli or spinach, depending on what you like.
03 - For extra flavor, add more ranch seasoning.
