Set your oven to heat at 370°F (190°C). Steam the broccoli florets for about 5-6 minutes, just until a fork pierces them easily.

On a tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the steamed broccoli. Use a sturdy glass to flatten the florets to a thickness of roughly 1 cm.

Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the broccoli using a brush, and sprinkle lots of parmesan on top.

Pop the tray in the oven for roughly 12-15 minutes until the parmesan turns golden and crispy.

Pull the broccoli off the parchment and get it on plates. Add a lemon squeeze and pair it with your go-to dip.
