Sriracha Maple Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 big cauliflower, broken into small pieces
02 - 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - 1–2 tablespoons of Sriracha (amount based on heat preference)
04 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
05 - A teaspoon of onion powder
06 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper (adjust to taste)
08 - Chopped parsley, optional for garnish
09 - Lemon slices, optional for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until it blends nicely.
03 - Put the cauliflower pieces into the bowl and mix well so each piece gets coated evenly.
04 - Arrange the coated cauliflower in one layer across the lined baking tray. Bake it for about 25–30 minutes. Turn the pieces halfway through so they cook evenly and get golden and soft.
05 - If you'd like, sprinkle parsley over the top and serve warm with a squeeze of lemon for a fresh kick.
