Stir-Fried Bok Greens (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
02 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
04 - 1 pound baby bok choy, cut into quarters
05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Pour cooking oil and sesame oil into a pan and warm up on medium heat.
02 - Toss in chopped garlic and let it sizzle for a minute. Then put in the quartered bok choy and cook one more minute. Pour in the tamari and add some water splashes, then put the lid on.
03 - Let everything steam for 3 minutes until the bok choy gets soft but stays a bit crunchy. Turn off the heat and dish it up right away.

# Notes:

01 - You can keep leftover greens in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 5 days
02 - Don't try freezing this dish as it'll make the leaves mushy and weird
03 - When you want to eat leftovers, just heat them in the microwave for half a minute
